Recipe: Homemade Tortillas

I made homemade flour tortillas yesterday, refrigerated them and reheated one for lunch today. I spread it with peanut butter and jelly and it was delicious.
They are also good with cheese and whatever other toppings you like on your tortillas.

Homemade Tortillas
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup oil
1 cup warm water

Mix together the above ingredients. Sprinkle flour onto cupboard and roll out small pieces of dough until very thin. Heat a pan and place torilla inside. Cook for about 15 or so seconds on each side, just until little brown spots form and no longer doughy.

Makes about 16.
