I made a cake in the shape of a fish for my brother's birthday, yesterday.
My nephew was over, so he helped by decorating it, pouring on the sprinkles.
One 9x13 cake.
A basic fish pattern, held on by toothpicks.
Cut around the pattern.
And now you have a fish.
Coat it with a layer of thin frosting, so that it is easier to frost.
After the first layer has hardened, frost it all over with a butter cream frosting.
Decorate as you wish.
This cake was decorated by my 23 month old nephew.
Spring is when you feel like whistling even with a shoe full of slush.
