Recipe: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Today I am sharing my family's favorite muffin. They are so moist and delicious!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Either grease and flour muffin tins, or line with paper wrappers.
Beat sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and water and beat again. Add dry ingredients and beat until no lumps remain. Stir in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full of batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes about a dozen.
