Recipe: Beth's Pizza Crust

I made this recipe once thus far, but I am sure I'll make it many times again. It was super easy and delicious!

Beth's Pizza Crust

  • package yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • teaspoons oil
  • teaspoon sugar
  • teaspoon salt

Combine yeast and warm water. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let rest 5 minutes. Roll out to size and shape you need. Bake at 450* for 15 minutes or until golden. Makes enough for two round pizza pans.
