Another healthier recipe I came up with...
Applesauce Cinnamon Bars
1 cup Applesauce
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cup Four
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Beat applesauce, vanilla and sugars. Mix in dry ingredients, making sure there are no lumps. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
