Recipe: Funfetti Cookie Dough*

I love cookie dough. I love cake mix. So I decided to blend the two together into one, low fat dessert. 

Funfetti Cookie Dough

2 tablespoons Butter, softened

2 tablespoons Applesauce

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

3 tablespoons milk

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Sugar

1 cup Flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

A handful of sprinkles

Mix together all ingredients. Place in a freezer safe container and freeze until solid enough to roll into balls, then roll and coat in melted white chocolate, if desired. Otherwise just eat by the spoonful. Freeze any remaining dough.

Makes about 12 small balls.
