18 Vegetarian Meal Ideas

I have been a vegetarian for exactly 18 months, so I thought today would be a good day to post about vegetarian meals.

Here are eighteen meal ideas:

1. Spaghetti with no meat (Noodles, Sauce, spices and Parmesan taste delicious on their own)

2. Pizza (Cheese or Veggie)

3. Tacos (Cheese, lettuce, beans, taco sauce, peppers, sour cream...)

4. Chili (Try it with noodles in place of the meat)

5.  Cheese Quesadilla

6. Crepes (Check out the recipe HERE)

7. Pancakes

8. Lasagna (Just leave out the meat... it tastes just as good!)

9. Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

10. Salad (The possibilities are endless!)

11. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich (You are never too old!)

12. Fettucini Alfredo

13. Taco Salad (Tortilla Chips, Beans, Cheese, Salsa, Lettuce, Tomatoes...)

14. French Fries and a Salad

15. Oatmeal

16. Farina

17. Vegetable soup (Tomato juice, Potatoes, Green Beans, Barley, Carrots...)

18. Cheese Sandwich (My favorite is Cheese, Lettuce, Ranch and dipped in Taco Sauce)
