My sister and I both went gluten free a few months ago. I made these cookies for Christmas, and they were the perfect replacement for the usual, gluten-filled peanut butter cookies we made around the holidays.
Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Egg
Chocolate stars or Hershey's Kisses
Combine sugar, peanut butter and egg with a fork. Form into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 for about twelve minutes, stopping two minutes before they are done to place the chocolate on top, and sticking them back in the oven for the remaining time.
